RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration functions including recruitment and selection, performance appraisal management, payroll, MPF and other administration duties. 
• Handle general administration functions for the department
• Formulate, implement and review administrative policies, procedures and guidelines
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience in retail or servicing environment is an advantage
• Self initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Stable, pro-active, committed team player ,detail-oriented and confident in handling multi-task
• Working location in Wong Chuk Hung, shuttle bus service is provided, covering various locations in Kowloon / N.T.
