Job Description
- At least 2 years office administration experience
- Working experience in multinational companies is highly preferable
- Good communication, inter-personal, negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule
- Mature, self-motivated, independent, with pleasant, organized and outgoing personality
- Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Words, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in spoken & written English
