Job Description

  • At least 2 years office administration experience
  • Working experience in multinational companies is highly preferable
  • Good communication, inter-personal, negotiation & problem-solving skills
  • Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule
  • Mature, self-motivated, independent, with pleasant, organized and outgoing personality
  • Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Words, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
