Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide effective General Administration and Secretarial support to executives.
- Provide effective phone coverage, travel support, mail deliver, office inventory to be purchased and maintained, preparation of meeting materials, coordination of seminars, video and phone conferences as required.
- Organize / set up filing systems for executives.
- Maintain the executive’s calendar; appointments, vacations, team travel, key events (staff meetings, automotive events, one-on-one, etc.)
- Provide effective PowerPoint, Excel and general presentation support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above with formal secretarial training or relative disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in sizable organization serving senior executive
- Good time management skills and communication ability with all levels of people. Ability to keep confidential information.
- Good organizational and coordination skills; must be independent.
- Professional attitude, high self-initiative, and good teamwork.
- Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willing to travel.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
