Job Responsibilities:

• Executive administrative duties for Sales & Operations team & general office.
• Coordinate with & support different departments to ensure a smooth retail operation.
• Collect & compile data/information for producing sales & marketing analysis reports
• Handle all marketing communications materials needed for shops
• Support marketing activities arrangement.
• Assist in store maintenance & renovation.

Requirement:

• 2 years’ working experience in retail chain, fashion retail industry background preferable;
• F. 6 above or University graduate is preferred;
• Aggressive & out-going personality with strong communication & analytical skills, self-motivated, hardworking, able to work efficiently, under pressure & independently;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Proficient in MS Office & design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) application, efficient Chinese word processing is essential;
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
