RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the office administration duty to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness;
• Maintain policies and file record;
• Assist to prepare and compile reports for management’s review and approval;
• Assist in human resources duties including recruitment, payroll calculation, leaving record , compensation and benefits;
• Handle inter-group office facility projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Diploma or above in Facility Management / BA or related discipline;
• 5 years’ solid working experience is a must;
• Able to manage multiple tasks;
• Stable, detail-minded, strong interpersonal skill;
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Candidates with China exposure is definite an advantage;
• Native Cantonese; Good command in both English & Mandarin.

Candidates with less qualifications but immediate available can apply for temporary appointment.
