Responsibilities:

§             Provide support in the development, formulation and review of human resources policies, guidelines and staff benefits, including market data collection and proposal & correspondence drafting

§             Assist in reviewing human resources operation procedures

§             Participate in compiling and preparing of reports, proposals, memo, circulars, forms and correspondences

§             Administer the enhancement and on-going maintenance of HR Intranet

§             Participates in recurrent/ad-hoc projects/HR related tasks

Requirements:

§             University graduate in Human Resources Management or business related disciplines

§             Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations

§             A good team player with flexible and adaptable attributes

§             Creative and attentive to details with analytical mind

§             Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese

§             Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
