Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration duties
  • Perform back-up reception function
  • Assist HR & Administration Department on daily operation
  • Handle ad-hoc projects


Requirements:

  • Form 6 with 1-2 relevant experience
  • Good knowledge in MS office (words, excel & power-point);outlook and Chinese word processing
  • Responsible; self-motivated; detail-mined; and able to perform multi-task to meet tight schedule
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office
