Role Responsibilities

• To operate the telephone console and ensure all calls from customers are attended in a timely and courteous manner
• To record and relay any phone messages to the appropriate staff or department concerned
• To attend to visitors and general inquiries at the Reception counter
• To receive, sort and register all registered incoming mails, courier pouches arrived at Reception and distribute them to the respective department
• To handle outgoing mails and parcels
• Provide administrative and clerical support

Requirements: 

• Form 7 or above
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Basic PC knowledge
