Job Description
Duties:
- Provide sales and general office administration
- Follow up sales orders, invoicing and delivery
- Co-ordinate with factories and branches of Linde Group, vendors and suppliers
- Co-ordinate overseas shipment and local delivery
- Handle customer enquiries
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- 2 years working experience in sales administration
- Fast and accuracy typing is a must
- Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
- Independent, responsible, self-initiative and capable of working under pressure
- Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
