Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and manage phone-in/email client in a professional manner
- Handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments in order to provide solutions to clients
- Perform operational and clerical duties including sales administration support assigned by management
- NO cold call selling is required
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Familiar with various MS Office applications
- Professional telephone manner, excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Customer service or help desk experiences in call center is an advantage
- Good communication, well-organized, self-motivated, independent & customer oriented
- Good team player
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
