Responsibilities:

• Greet and manage phone-in/email client in a professional manner
• Handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments in order to provide solutions to clients
• Perform operational and clerical duties including sales administration support assigned by management
• NO cold call selling is required

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Familiar with various MS Office applications
• Professional telephone manner, excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
• Customer service or help desk experiences in call center is an advantage
• Good communication, well-organized, self-motivated, independent & customer oriented
• Good team player
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
