Responsibilities:

• Provide full secretarial support and executive assistant to senior management in regards of meeting arrangement
• Organize meetings of board committee, minutes taking, company events and staff activities 
• Administration support such as maintaining facilities and office equipment, office supplies and insurance administration;
• Assist in office renovation project, monitoring and following up defects and reinstatement, etc
• Carry out ad hoc projects & assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or equivalent
• Min. 5 years working experience in administration with supervisory experience preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, stable and hardworking
• With working experience in clubhouse industry is an advantage
