Duties:

• Greetings & Answering Incoming Enquiries
• To provide Sales Administrative Support to Sales Team
• Enter Sales Orders and Invoice in MYOB system
• Customers Payment Follow Up & Reporting
• Customer Order Delivery Status Follow Up
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned for Department

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Proficient in MS Office and Typing Skills (Chinese & English)
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• At least 3-Years Experiences working in Sales Administration Field
• Knowledge in MYOB system is an advantage
• Cheerful, Pleasant and Willing to work with the Team
• Immediate Available is essential
