Job Description

Who are we looking for?

  • Passionate, enthusiastic, customer focused and proven project coordination in Learning Technology experience, with a bias towards any of the verticals we are in.
  • Ideally with 2 years of solid and proven track record in LMS Administration and customer service experience, co-ordination and reporting of learning and learning technology projects as well as facilitating and documenting internal projects, providing client support, and able to demonstrate general breadth and depth across these core areas.
  • You understand the importance of building strong relationships internally and with the clients, with good people and communication skills, willing to take ownership and accountability to make a difference for our clients.


What are you responsible for?

  • Assist Program Manager in the co-ordination, management, measurement and reporting of learning and learning technology projects aligned to client’s needs and expectations.
  • Design, creation and delivery of reports to meet client and internal reporting and tracking requirements as required.
  • Quality documentation, administration and report writing for every project undertaken.
  • Facilitating and documenting internal project and program management meetings.
  • Involvement in LMS and Learning Technology related projects on a needs basis, this might include LMS administration tasks, working with clients to assist in usage of LMS and other tools, co-ordinating and managing User Acceptance Testing.
  • Administration and other duties to assist internal teams to deliver to client requirements.


What do you need?

  • Diploma or Degree in IT / Technology related subject.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Information Technology or Learning industry.
  • Has a strong understanding of emerging Learning technologies and standards.
  • Proven track record and experience in managing Learning Technology Systems.
  • Solid experience of Learning Management Systems and project management skills.
  • Able to understand and document client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Strong team-player with client-focus skills and ability to provide professional clear instructions and guidance when troubleshooting problems.
  • Persistence in ensuring team members adhere to project standards.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
