Responsibilities:

• Support the administrative work for the sales team in daily sales activities;
• Data entry of invoices / prepare various sales report;
• Process day-to-day general office duties
• Handle other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with related working experience preferably with retail exposure;
• Positive attitude, cheerful and responsible;
• Well organized and detail-minded;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua; 
• Well versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is an advantage.
