Responsibilities:

 -          Provide full spectrum of daily office administrative support, including office supplies handling, office equipment & facilities maintenance, regular housekeeping, insurance & license renewal, etc

 -          Assist in office renovation project, monitoring and following up defects and reinstatement, etc

 -          Arrange printing matters & office stationery

 -          Assist in handle HR functions including leave administration and attendance records.

 -          Supervise a small of admin team, eg. receptionist and cleaning ladies.

  Requirements:

 -          Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

 -          3-5 years’ office administration experience

 -          Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

 -          Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint

 -          A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

 -          Detail-minded, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility

 -          Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Admin Officer
