Job duties:

• Design, organize and deliver in-house training and development programs for our frontline staff, such as communication skill, customer services etc.

• Implement and conduct on-site training and field coaching for our frontline staff ;

• Evaluate training effectiveness and service performance of staff;

• Organize Training need analysis;

• Assist to coordinate and participate in retail staff activities

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ solid training experience in delivery of sales and customer services training;

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or Health related disciplines are preferable;

• Strong in planning, organizing and designing training programs;

• Good facilitation, presentation skill & communication skills;

• Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, hardworking & detail-minded;

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing.
