Job details:

• Assist in designing, organizing and conducting soft skill training and development programs to frontline staffs, such as customer service, selling skills and communication skills, etc;

• Assist and conduct on-site training and field coaching for our frontline staff

• Evaluate training effectiveness and service performance of staff.

• Assist to coordinate and participate in retail staff activities

Requirements:

• Training & Development or Health related disciplines are preferable;

• Self-motivated, organized, mature and good interpersonal skill;

• Sound presentation and facilitation skills;

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese word processing;
