Job Duties: 

• Handle shipping clerical duties(Co-ordinate with forwarder, courier companies and China factory regarding shipment arrangement) ;
• Handle daily accounting and finance duties independently & accurately;
• Cash flow management;
• Prepare quotations and invoices;
• Prepare financial and management reports such as daily sales report, monthly profit & loss reports, etc.;ž
• Secretarial support to Manager in all-around office administration matters;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments required. 

Requirements:

• žF.7 or above
• Shipping document handling knowledge / experience;
• Holder of LCCI higher accounting or above
• žProficient in MS Excel application and Chinese word processing;
• Fluent in Cantonese/Putonghua/English;
• žResponsible, Stable, Organized; detail oriented , Excellent interpersonal skills;
• žIndependent, Positive working attitude, Team spirit, Hardworking;
• žFamiliar with accounting software (MasterSoft) is an advantage;
• At least 3 years or above of relevant working experiences
• žWorking hours: Mon to Fri (9:00 to 6:00)
