Responsibilities

• To provide administrative support to senior staff
• To perform general clerical tasks such as filing
• To handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Diploma holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 1 year's clerical experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independant and well-organized
• Conversational English and Mandarin are required
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

(Fresh graduate with part-time work experience will also be considered)
