Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, compensation & benefit, employee relations, training & development, performance management, etc
• Responsible for leave and attendance administration
• Provide support in general HR and office administration work
• Assist in basic accounting functions including journal entries posting, reconciliations and maintenance of spreadsheets
• Maintain the filing system and coordinate all related actions
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or related
• Min. 1 - 2 years solid relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Word / Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Hardworking, responsible and independent
• Immediate available is highly preferred
