Duties & Responsibilities:

• General reception duties including email inquiries, incoming calls, and greeting clients in a professional and polite manner
• Supporting daily operation and maintaining on-time performance
• Handle receptionist duties of answering phone calls and enquiries, client bookings, payment transactions and data entry

Requirements:

• Proactive and outreaching with effective communication skills
  Strong sense of responsibility, flexible, self-motivated and well-organized
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal skills with friendly and cheerful attitude
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Well-versed in computer skills
• Able to work well as a team yet independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, flexible and efficient
