Job Description

Our client, a luxury skincare & beauty brand, is looking for an Assistant Training Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing training and development strategies and tools
  • Design training contact and execute training / workshop for frontline sales
  • Identify the training and development needs; plan and design training programs to meet with business strategies
  • Conduct classroom and on-the-job training to frontline staff, ensure service excellence and efficiency
  • Consolidate and analyse the results of Mystery Shoppers and individual evaluations; to drive further improvements at both individual and operational levels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Business Administration / Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained from beauty or luxury retail industry
  • Hands on experience in design and deliver training to frontline staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, well-organized, proactive and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
