Training Manager (Beauty background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver classroom training including TTT, coaching and selling skill, product training, CS training and such
• Prepare annual training budget and develop training plans
• Follow up on outsourced trainings, e.g. Leadership, service mindset trainings, etc.
• Impersonate and transmit the values of the brand to frontline staff
• Participate in the recruitment, evaluation and development of Beauty Advisors
• Work with Operation team to develop training needs and materials
• Evaluate & review training effectiveness regularly

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM, Business Studies or related discipline
• Min 5 years training experience in retail or hospitality industry, with retail operation experience an advantage
• Experienced in designing training programs and materials on customer service, selling skills and field-coaching
• A self-motivated team player with entrepreneurial mind
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager or Trainer
