Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with customers and factory for product enquiry and production follow up.
• Liaise with internal departments for daily production activities.
• Handle customer’s enquires by telephone, fax and email etc.
• Maintain and ensure customer’s database is updated.
  
  
  

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business (Fresh graduate is preferred).
• Proficient in PC applications including Word and Excel processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (good spoken Putonghua is an advantage).
• Good telephone manner, good interpersonal and communication skills, willing to learn and can work under pressure.
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
