Job Description

Representative Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates order processing and tracking
  • Understand customer purchase order and enter accurately into the manufacturing system.
  • Proactively inform customers of any changes to shipping dates, freight, pricing, etc.
  • Oversee customer shipping requirements of orders and affirm priorities.
  • Appropriate reports are generated to track open orders.
  • Generates pricing and Bills of Materials per customer requests according to deadlines
  • Provide positive and professional communication.
  • Ensure requested information/tasks deadlines from dealers/sales reps are met.
  • Direct end users to dealers and sales representatives. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese
  • Uses initiative in carrying out recurring assignments independently without specific instruction, but refers deviations, problems, and unfamiliar situations not covered by instructions to supervisor for decision or help
  • General shipping carrier/process knowledge
  • Ability to work weekend and evenings as required

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of job-related experience
  • 1-3 year work experience in a Customer Service a definite advantage
  • Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, perform multiple tasks and  experience in a team environment
  • Theatrical experience and/or product knowledge helpful, but not required
