Job Duties

• Perform full secretarial duties to General Managers and Commercial teams
• Draft correspondence and take minutes
• Prepare various reports and presentations, e.g. Sales call report, vendor follow up report
• Make expenses claims and travel arrangement
• Maintain central filing system

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in secretarial support for senior management is an advantage
• Prior exposure in logistics industry is preferable
• Excellent spoken of Putonghua and good communication in English
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese WP
• Self-motivated person with good communication skills and positive mindset
• Energetic, detail-oriented, independent and committed attitude
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
