Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handle project schedule, documentation, and provide administrative support to the team; major at in-house support but may have site-management in minor.
• Good communications skills with vendor, clients & sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in related discipline. Fresh graduate will be considered.
• PC knowledge in AutoCAD; MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge in Google Sketch up will be an advantage
• Excellent written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experienced in coordination between design, drawings, materials
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision
