Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle all-rounded Personnel functions, perform recruitment, compensation and benefit including monthly payroll process & MPF
- Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations ( include mailing order, courier services )
- Arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipments
- Maintain staff records, including personal file , leave records and attendance system
- Assist in filing and data inputs
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- F. 6 graduate or above
- Minimum of 1 year full-time working experience on human resources related duties
- Well -versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances;
- Pleasant, detail-minded, independent with excellent telephone manner
- Positive attitudes with the ability to work independently
- Familiar with MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
