Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of supporting staff in providing quality services on cleaning, security, repair and maintenance.
- Sourcing and procurement of office equipment, stationery, printing items and office consumables.
- Negotiate and co-ordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Back up reception duties at the front end.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Form 7 or above with minimum 5 years' practical experience in handling office administration and receptionist duties, of which 2 years must be at supervisory level.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Initiative, well-organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Must be service-oriented with an ability to interact effectively with a variety of people.
- Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
