Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the department including data entry, copying and hotline queries
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior
  

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with 1-2 years of work experience
• Good telephone manner and knowledge of computer applications, including internet, email and MS Office
• Fast and accurate typing skills in English and Chinese
• Reliable, detail oriented and independent
• Working hours from 9:00am -13:00pm or 14:00pm-18:00pm on weekdays
• Fresh Graduates are also considered
