The Job:

• Support the call center of company’s mobile business – Sun Mobile, csl. & 1010
• Conduct call monitoring, maintain and improve sales and service standards of telemarketers
• Participate in call calibration meetings and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance
• Evaluate and audit the quality of calls, provide constructive assessment, feedback and recommendation to Team Leaders / management
• Define training needs, provide quality assurance best practice, standards and guidelines to improve operational efficiency
• Review progress of new staff and under-performer, identify areas for quality and efficiency improvements
• Conduct one-by-one coaching to those new comers
• Prepare the QA reports to management

The Person:

• F.5 or above, solid experience in call center or customer service related industry exposure in telecommunications industry is a definitely advantage
• Detail-minded, strong analytical and mentoring skills
• Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good in PC skills such as MS Office & PowerPoint
