Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day administration work for the leadership teams 
• Personal's calendar management for meetings and other schedules
• Travel and expenses arrangement for brand/ department heads
• Teams meeting coordination and support visitor's itinerary (e.g. US visitors)
• Data Entry/ filing/ prepare reports and powerpoint

Requirement:

• Degree holder with 1-2 years related experience preferably in MNC
• Able to work in a matrix environment with multiple supervisors
• Details-minded with flexible personality 
• Excellent in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Excellent of spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Immediate available
