Job Description
Our client is a reputable foundational school for future generations. They are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the HR representative for employee relations issues;
- implement employee engagement initiatives to create a collaborative work environment consistent with the school's core values;
- Full-cycle recruitment, compensation research & review, employee & labour relations, performance management, MPF administration & insurance schemes;
- Involve functioning as a liason to support & provide recommendations with a variety of HR disciplines such as Employee Relations, Policies & Procedures
- Support the annual performance measurement, compensation & talent review process
- Manage to policies & ways of working while adhering to the requirements of the School
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- With at least 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist or HR Manager position
- Good knowledge of HR employment ordinances & HR practices
- Detail-minded, well-organized, independent, friendly disposition & self-motivated
- Strong relationship building skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Less experience with solid background in HR generalist will also be considered as Assistant HR Manager
