Job Description

主要职责
1、业务受理
为各境外分行提供在线客服业务,熟练掌握和使用在线客服及相关业务系统,要求能同时在线受理多名客户的业务请求,包括银行卡业务咨询、查询及相关业务的操作处理;
2、定期接受业务培训
根据公司发展及业务需要,自愿定期或非定期接受境外分行及公司内部安排的各项培训,参加公司因业务要求而安排的业务考核和测试;
3、风险防范
不断加强业务知识学习和风险点的掌握,提高风险防范的意识,严格按照公司各项风险防范及内控要求操作;
4、应急处理
做好突发事件应急处理,对于紧急事件能够有较高的敏感度,做到及时处理、及时上报。
5、多渠道服务
透过各沟通平台处理客户查询服务,主要为在线服务、及为各类查询如内呼电话等提供业务咨询;


Major Responsibilities
1. Receiving and handling customers' requests
To provide customer service for all overseas branches; to understand well and use the customer service and related business systems; to be able to handle multiple customers’ requests at the same time, including bank card business enquiries and the relevant business operation;
2. Receiving regular business training
Based on corporate development and business needs, to receive regular or special training arranged internally or by overseas branches on a voluntary basis, and take part in assessments and tests organised by the company as per business requirements;
3. Risk prevention
To continuously strengthen business knowledge and understanding on potential risk, to develop a better awareness on risk prevention and to operate business in strict accordance with the various risk prevention and internal control requirements;
4. Contingency response
To respond to emergency cases properly, to be more sensitive to emergency incidents and to handle and report such incidents in a timely manner.
5、MultiMedia Service
Handle customers online enquiries and respond to customer's requests from incoming calls and other channels


任職资格要求:

  • 具备中七以上学历F.7 graduate or above
  • 有至少 1-2 年在客戶服務和/或電話服務中心的工作經驗;
  • 精通中英文打字,每分鐘平均40字或以上;

Minimum 1-2 years' solid experience in customer services and/or call centre ,Good typing skill in Chinese and English, average speed 40 wpm
