The successful candidate will provide full secretarial and business support to the Senior Vice President including arrange appointments schedule, handle travel arrangements for the regional office, liaise with internal and external parties extensively, prepare correspondences and presentation materials, assist in ad hoc projects and activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with formal secretarial training;
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in serving senior management in shipping or liner industry;
• Self-motivated, well organized, open-minded attitude and able to work under pressure;
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications knowledge;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
