Job Description
Duties:
- Provide general administrative and day-to-day clerical support including data entry, filling, petty cash, courier arrangement, office supplies replenishment, etc.
- Support the team on PR/marketing project meeting notes, project administration & documentation tasks
- Maintain event materials inventory record
- Support news clipping record
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Eligibility:
- Form 7 or above with minimum 1-year office experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC Skills particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Typing skills 40-50WPM
- Good telephone manner
- Pleasant personality, mature, independent, well-organized, detailed-minded
- Need a stable staff for long term, NOT short-term period
Working Time: 2:00am to 6:00pm X 5 weekdays per week
