Job Description

Duties:

  • Provide sales and general office administration
  • Follow up sales orders, invoicing and delivery
  • Co-ordinate with factories and branches of Linde Group, vendors and suppliers
  • Co-ordinate overseas shipment and local delivery
  • Handle customer enquiries


Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • 2 years working experience in sales administration
  • Fast and accuracy typing is a must
  • Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
  • Independent, responsible, self-initiative and capable of working under pressure
  • Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
