Job Description
Responsibilities:
l Responsible for general office Admin duties & clerical welcome guests and members
l Perform HR administration work including but not limited to attendance control, leave administration, interview arrangement and insurance claims handling.
l Assist in and provide support to office administration for company events
l Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
l Close co-operation with other dept.
Requirements:
l F.5 graduate or above with minimum 2 years working experience as Receptionist or in Administrative fields.
l Pleasant character with good communication skill, service attitude & telephone manner.
l Fluent spoken & written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
l Proficient in MS Office applications.
l Strong sense of responsibility & punctuality.
l Game enthusiast is priority
l Be patient, cheerful personality
l Diligent, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
l Immediately available is preferred.
