Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the project team- prepare meeting minutes and reports
  • Issue and process invoices, handle documents and manage the filing system
  • Coordinate the meeting schedule and arrange business travel for the project team
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in administration or secretarial discipline
  • 2 years or above relevant working experience preferably in engineering companies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Working Location: project office at Hunghom
