Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of human resources function, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits management and employees relation
• Act as business partner to assist business units managers on all HR matters
• Liaise with department managers to execute HR projects and strategies
• Assist HR Manager to develop and implement various C&B programs including salary structures, incentive and staff training sessions
• Responsible for the headcount budgeting, staff turnover and HR forecast
• Supervise a team of two Assistant HR Officers and HR assistant in daily operations
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement

• Degree in HRM or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years hands on human resources experience in sizable companies
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations
• Excellent communications skills and open-minded in taking ideas from operations, HR partners and other departments
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Less experience will be considered as HR Officer
