Job Responsibilities

• Handle clients or business partners enquiries
• Perform business admin duties and follow up on outstanding issues
• Assistant to Business Development Manager
• Prepare seminar for Business Development Manager
• Assist on ad hoc jobs

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test - Level 1 or 2) plus either English/ Chinese
• Willing to learn and hard working
• Good servicing manner
• Patient, self-motived, passionate for better career development
• Experience in customer service field is an advantage
• Passed IIQE Exam is an advantage

・日本語を母国語とし英語もしくは中国語がビジネスレベルの方

・ビジネスマナーがあり、コミュニケーション能力の高い方

・何事にも屈せず、学ぼうという意思をお持ちの方

・カスタマーサポートの経験をお持ちの方尚可

・IIQEペーパー１、３、５(保険ブローカー資格)をお持ちの方優遇

・ビザお持ちの方歓迎
