Job Responsibilities:

Full execution of corporate finance and finance related transactions

Advise on corporate finance matters in execution (e.g. fund-raising exercises, M & A, capital restructuring, etc.)

Undertake market research and financial analysis and develop financial models

Handle ad hoc projects and business development.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holders in BA, Law, Accounting or other business related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ corporate finance experience with a reputable investment bank or corporate finance department of sizable securities firm
• Possess professional qualification (i.e. LLB, CPA, CFA) is preferred
• Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and Takeover Codes
• Current holder of SFC license representative for type 6 regulated activities
• Analytical, self-motivated, mature, independent, a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel is required
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
