Key responsibilities:

• To assist with the marketing of the Equity Derivatives and provide administrative support for the desk.
• To disseminate relative Product information to the Company’s customer and maintain existing accounts.
• To assist the brokers in processing the market transactions.
• Communicate effectively with all brokers on the broking desk and liaise with other BGC broking offices world-wide.
• Develop business relationships for the Company by socialising with customers and prospective customers outside the workplace.
• Maintain and continually update knowledge in this product area.
• Meet appropriate regulatory qualifications.
• Comply with all Company procedures.

Skills/experience required:

• University Degree.
• Ability to articulate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Possess the ability to learn quickly and have actively sought out responsibility at an early stage.
• Relevant working experience in banking / financial services / brokerage services will be an advantage.
• Ideal candidate must be outgoing, dynamic, hardworking, confident, assertive, energetic and a self-motivated team player to be able to thrive in this fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
