This is a temporary job mainly to help the Financial Controller to clean up the backlogs with preliminary analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounting reconciliations for all accounts
• Responsible for daily accounting entries(AR)
• Follow up on AR collection
• Salary calculation and creating tax reporting on line for each employee.
• Helping to do preliminary analysis on Great China operation results including sales analysis, purchase, expenses of both China and HK
• Preparing for inter-co reconciliation
• Doing analysis on inventory
• Perform inter-company accounting, bank reconciliations
• Assist the company budget planning and forecasts
• Provide support to ad hoc financial projects when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above or professional education preferred
• Min. 5 years solid experience including some audit experience preferred
• Excel, AX system knowledge, Oracle preferred (HFM)
