Job Description

• Handle daily operations of Accounting functions
• Perform daily data entry in SAP and filing 
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Handle daily operation duties in Accounts Payable & Receivables, general ledgers, management reports, journal and purchase requisitions
• Verify the invoice / orders from supplier and prepare payments
• Perform schedules and monthly reconciliations
• Process staff reimbursement
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Perform ad-hoc assignment

Requirement

• Degree holder or above in accounting or related discipline
• 1-2 years accounting experience
• Able to handle full set of accounting independently
• Detailed mind, hard-working and willing to learn
• Fluent English and Putonghua is preferred
• Knowledge in SAP system is a definite advantage
• Experience in Wholesales is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
