Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and other daily accounting functions independently
• Handle daily payment and receipt transactions
• Prepare month end management accounts and other financial reports
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial analysis for management decision
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related disciplinesor LCC&I Level III
• 4 years relevant experience in handling full set of accounting books
• Immediately available
• Experience in MS office and Chinese word processing is required
• Knowledge in MYOB accounting system is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, independent, trustworthy, self-motivated
• Strong sense of responsibility, accurate and hardworking
• Pleasant personalities and able to communicate with all levels
• Self- motivated, able to work independently and multi-tasking
