Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily voucher preparation in securities dealing entity (SFC type 1 licensed company);
  
• Handle daily bank payment process, cash advance and petty cash claim;
• Bank reconciliation and spreadsheet preparation;
• Monitor bank balance level and initial intra-group fund transfers;
• Perform daily trust calculation.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines;
• Relevant experiences from financial industry preferred;
• 2-3 years' working experience;
• Willing to explore a long-term career in financial industry;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is preferred
