Responsibilities:

• Assist Operational Risk Manager to develop, implement and enhance the Bank’s Operational Risk
• Management and Fraud Risk Management
• Assist business units in conducting risk and control assessment and key risk indicator monitoring, and ensure that operational risk level of the Bank is properly identified, measured and assessed
• Coordinate with business units to prevent and detect fraud cases
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to anti-fraud framework
• Advise business units on operational risks and control issues
• Review and assess adequacy of operational risk control, make recommendations to enhance control and risk mitigation measures
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operational Risk Management and / or Fraud Prevention / Monitoring, preferably in financial or banking industry
• Good understanding of risk and control assessment techniques and their applications
• In depth knowledge in various banking operation areas
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, with minimum supervision
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel applications, with knowledge in VBA an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
