Job Responsibilities

• Issue invoices and credit notes via ViewPoint to customers or other Vistra entities
• Ensure all trade-related revenue items are booked accurately and on-time
• Scan and index accounting documents into VitalDoc to support audits in Singapore
• Data migration preparation for the ViewPoint database upgrade.  Assist with reconciliation efforts between the old and new databases to ensure data integrity

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, or qualified accountant
• Work experience in a Shared Services Centre an advantage
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Good computer skills especially Excel and Word
• SAP B1 & Viewpoint experience advantageous
• Fluent Cantonese & English, both written & verbal
• Negotiable with the contract period
• Under-graduate students who are fully available for the coming 2-3 months are welcome to apply
