Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the day-to-day PO (Purchase Order) process to ensure timely and accurate PO creation and payment settling
• Provide information support to A&P Analyst and other teams when necessary
• Handle day-to-day tasks in PO process including:
• PO input and creation: scanning and filing of quotation, PO number generation and input into MFM, ensuring proper coding of spending (nature, market, customer, brands, etc.)
• Approval coordination using e-approval with teams
• Payment settling: invoice checking and matching, ensure proper approvals according to Charter of Authority, as well as working with Service Hub Finance on the following up of payment
• Identify and inform A&P Analyst of PO issues as they arise
• Provide information needed to A&P Analyst and other teams for analysis including:
• Monthly A&P reporting
• Monthly financial reports
• A&P analysis
• Post-mortem analysis of last year A&P
• SCAPA process
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1-2 years of experience in Accounting / Finance
• Organised and rigorous
• Good finance knowledge combined with familiarity with the business
• Good command of reporting & analytical Skills
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
